Aliyah R Tatum of Florissant, MO was killed on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at 6:05PM in St. Louis County, Missouri. Tatum is a 21-year-old woman.

Injuries
Tatum's injuries were fatal. Tatum was taken by Florissant Valley Fire Protection District to Ssm Health Depaul Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2008 Lexus Is-250 driven by Smalling was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Mcnamaras. The damage to the 2013 Kia Sorento driven by Mansaray was extensive. It was removed by Towed By/To Mcnamaras. The damage to the 2017 Gmc Acadia driven by Manuel was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Mcnamaras.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Cpl Z C Kral and McIu Sgt P W Meyers of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210622646 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
