Rayburn Webb Injured in a Crash on July 13, 2020 in Morgan County, Missouri

Rayburn P Webb of Versailles, MO was injured on Monday, July 13, 2020 at 12:25AM in Morgan County, Missouri. Webb is a 55-year-old man.

Webb's injuries were serious. Webb was taken to Air Lifted To University Hospital.

The police said the damage to the 2007 Volkswagen Jetta driven by Webb was total. It was removed by Towed By Whans Towing.

Sgt D R Barbour of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200332870 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
