Jacob T Kirkpatrick of Bismark, MO was killed on Sunday, July 12, 2020 at 4:35AM in Madison County, Missouri. Kirkpatrick is a 25-year-old man.

The highway patrol assigned report number 200331295 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
