Injuries
Maguire's injuries were serious. Maguire was taken by Joachim Plattin Ambulance District to Mercy Hospital South.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Foskey was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By Mccains Towing. The damage to the 2012 Freightliner M2 106 driven by Maguire was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Mccains Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr C W Cherry of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200331886 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
