Injuries
Phelps's injuries were fatal. Phelps was taken to Pronounced Deceased At Scene And Transported To Mcspadden Funeral Home, Van Buren.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2007 Ford F150 driven by Phelps was total. It was removed by Towed By Brooks Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr C C McCoy of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200277524 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
