Tara N Kelam of Hillsboro, MO was killed on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 1:30AM in Jefferson County, Missouri. Kelam is a 22-year-old woman.

Injuries
Kelam's injuries were fatal. Kelam was taken by The Jefferson County Medical Examiners Office to The St Louis County Morgue.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 1994 Chevrolet S10 driven by Kelam was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Haberberger Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr R P Mahoney of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200289896 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
