Ryan Walker of Sedalia, MO was injured on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 4:50PM in Pettis County, Missouri. Walker is a 31-year-old man.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 FAILED TO YIELD TO VEHICLE 2. VEHICLE 2 STRUCK THE DRIVER'S DOOR OF VEHICLE 1, CAUSING VEHICLE 1 TO RUN OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROAD AND STRIKE A DETACHED GARAGE. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO REST FACING WEST. VEHICLE 2 CAME TO A CONTROLLED STOP OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROAD.

Injuries

Walker's injuries were minor. Walker was taken by Pettis County Ambulance District to Bothwell Regional Medical Center.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2009 Ford driven by Walker was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Inmotion Towing. The damage to the 1989 Chevrolet driven by Klein was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Don'S Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr C S Riley of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200298976 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
