Mark D Stickler of St Joseph, MO was killed on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at 4:30PM in Andrew County, Missouri. Stickler is a 64-year-old man.

DVR 4 WAS EJECTED FROM VEH 4 AND CAME TO REST ON THE NORTHBOUND LANE OF US 169. VEH 1 CAME TO REST OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. VEH 2 CAME TO REST OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND VEH 3 CAME TO REST ON THE NORTHBOUND SHOULDER. DVR 4 PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY DR JEREMY HUNTER AT 1735 HOURS AT MOSAIC LIFECARE IN ST JOSEPH. ASSISTED BY CPL. S.E. PRITZEL (1192), CPL. R.P. DUDECK (516), TPR. S.J. FORCE (316), TPR. D.L. HUGHES (1261), ANDREW COUNTY SO, AND UNION STAR FIRE DEPT.
Injuries
Stickler's injuries were fatal. Stickler was taken by Andrew County Ambulance to Mosaic Lifecare - St Joseph.

The police said the damage to the 2013 Gmc Denali Truck driven by Mcginnis was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Blue Knight. The damage to the 2019 Suburu Outback driven by Grimwood was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Blue Knight. The damage to the 2019 Gmc Yukon driven by Wells was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Blue Knights. The damage to the 2000 Harley Davidson Road King driven by Stickler was total. It was removed by Towed By Blue Knight.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Sgt C B Root and McIu Crash Team Member Cpl R V McCormick of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200287797 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
