Kwajalyn Dean Injured in a Crash on June 18, 2020 in St. Louis County, Missouri

Kwajalyn J Dean of Sikeston, MO was injured on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at 2:50PM in St. Louis County, Missouri. Dean is a 23-year-old woman.

The crash happened here: northbound Interstate 55 north of Meramec Bottom Road.

The police said the damage to the 2001 Ford Excursion driven by Dean was extensive. It was removed by K And K Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Msgt J R Campbell of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200281058 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
