Kwajalyn J Dean of Sikeston, MO was injured on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at 2:50PM in St. Louis County, Missouri. Dean is a 23-year-old woman.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
