Glenn Foster of Hallsville, MO was killed on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at 3:20PM in Randolph County, Missouri. Foster is a 49-year-old man.

Injuries
Foster's injuries were fatal. Foster was taken to Pathway Memorial Funeral Home, Moberly, Mo.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2002 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Foster was total. It was removed by Approved Automotive, Moberly, Mo. The damage to the 2017 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Carroll was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr Ruckenbrod of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200281111 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
