Charles Heidenreich Killed in a Crash on June 26, 2020 in St. Louis County, Missouri

Charles F Heidenreich of St Louis, MO was killed on Friday, June 26, 2020 at 8:00PM in St. Louis County, Missouri. Heidenreich is a 38-year-old man.

FATALITY REPORT- VEHICLE 1 WAS NORTHBOUND IN LANE 1. PEDESTRIAN 1 WAS CROSSING THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE 1 FAILED TO SLOW IN TIME AND THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 1 STRUCK THE PEDESTRIAN. PEDESTRIAN 1 WAS PRONOUNCED AT 2033 HOURS ON 6/26/2020 BY DR. IAN HOLLEY AT BARNES JEWISH HOSPITAL ST LOUIS. ASSISTED BY MSGT. M. E. BRONIEC (598), TPR. A. D. BAKER (151), AND TPR. E. M. CLARK (306).

Injuries

Heidenreich's injuries were fatal. Heidenreich was taken by Christian Hospital Ambulance to Barnes Jewish Hospital St Louis.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2012 Dodge Journey driven by Cook was moderate. It was removed by Towed By/To Mcnamaras Towing.

Tpr Z T Micks and Sgt P W Meyers of Crash Team of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200297260 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
