Issac Coplin Killed in a Crash on July 2, 2019 in Scott County, Missouri

Issac J Coplin of Chaffee, Missouri was killed on Tuesday, July 2nd 2019 at 4:40 pm in Scott County, Missouri. Coplin is a 2-year-old boy.
