Taylor Milliano Injured in a Crash on December 28, 2017 in Perry County, Missouri

Taylor J Milliano of Perryville, Missouri was injured on Thursday, December 28th 2017 at 2:21 am in Perry County, Missouri. Milliano is a 18-year-old woman.
