Montgomery Lackey Injured in a Crash on December 14, 2017 in Franklin County, Missouri

Montgomery M Lackey of Pacific, Missouri was injured on Thursday, December 14th 2017 at 5:30 pm in Franklin County, Missouri. Lackey is a 22-year-old man.
