Injuries
Newman's injuries were moderate. Newman was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital.

The police said the damage to the 2015 Ford Escape driven by William Evans was total. It was towed from the crash scene by Thomas Towing. The damage to the 2006 Jeep Liberty driven by Amanda Newman was extensive. It was towed from the crash scene by Thomas Towing.
