The police said the damage to the 2013 GMC Sierra driven by Ronald Towe was minor. It was removed from the crash scene by the owner. The damage to the 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Barbara Towe was extensive. It was removed from the crash scene by the owner.

Trooper C A Cook of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 170378221 to this crash.
