Myers's injuries were serious. Myers was taken by Lincoln County Ambulance to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.

The police said the damage to the 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis driven by Harding was total. It was removed by Towed To/By B And B Towing. The damage to the 1995 Jeep Wrangler driven by Myers was total. It was removed by Towed To/By B And B Towing.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
