Joseph Myers Injured in a Crash on October 12, 2022 in Lincoln County, Missouri

Joseph R Myers of Foley, MO was injured on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 7:40PM in Lincoln County, Missouri. Myers is a 34-year-old man.

Injuries

Myers's injuries were serious. Myers was taken by Lincoln County Ambulance to Mercy Hospital St. Louis.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis driven by Harding was total. It was removed by Towed To/By B And B Towing. The damage to the 1995 Jeep Wrangler driven by Myers was total. It was removed by Towed To/By B And B Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr R J Waite of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220544132 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
