Johnny Wright of Whittemore, IA was injured on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 10:58PM in Daviess County, Missouri. Wright is a 42-year-old man.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 WAS NORTHBOUND I-35 IN DAVIESS COUNTY. VEHICLE 1 TRAVELLED OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY INTO THE MEDIAN, OVERCORRECTED, THEN RETURNED TO THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE BEGAN TO OVERTURN, TRAVELLED OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING SOUTH. THREE OF THE FIVE OCCUPANTS WERE EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE. ASSISTED BY CPL V. R. E. MCBRIDE (339),TPR M. S. CLINE (440), AND DAVIESS COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.
Injuries
Wright's injuries were serious. Wright was taken by Cameron Ambulance to Liberty Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2008 Chevrolet Uplander driven by Wright was total. It was removed by Towed By Bridgemans.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Cpl J P Lynch of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220544328 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
