Richard Gustafson Injured in a Crash on July 23, 2020 in St. Francois County, Missouri

Richard V Gustafson of Berryton, KS was injured on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 8:03PM in St. Francois County, Missouri. Gustafson is a 59-year-old man.

VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON BUZZARD ROCK ROAD. VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING TOO FAST FOR CONDITIONS AND VEHICLE 1 EXITED THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. DRIVER 1 OVERCORRECTED AND RE-ENTERED ROADWAY, VEHICLE 1 OVERTURNED AND EXITED THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT.

Gustafson's injuries were moderate. Gustafson was taken by St Francois County Ambulance to Parkland Health South In Farmington.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2019 Honda Sxs 1000 driven by Gustafson was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.

Trooper T L Sullivan of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 200353488 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
