CRASH OCCURRED AS AN UNKNOWN VEH FAILED TO STOP AT STOP SIGN AND CONTINUED SOUTHBOUND ON MO 13. VEH 1 CROSSED THE CENTER OF THE ROADWAY AND BEGAN TO SKID. VEH 2 BEGAN SKIDDING IN AN ATTEMPT TO AVOID VEH 1. VEH 1 STRUCK VEH 2 CAUSING VEH 2 TO OVERTURN DOWN AN EMBANKMENT. VEH 2 CAME TO REST ON ITS WHEELS FACING SOUTH. ASSISTED BY CPL. D. W. SCHUBERT /1228/, WARRENSBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT, JOHNSON COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND JOHNSON COUNTY AMBULANCE DISTRICT.

Injuries

Hall's injuries were minor. Hall was not taken to the hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2014 Volvo Vnl driven by Hadi was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Don'S. The damage to the 2010 Gmc Sierra driven by Hall was total. It was removed by Towed By Tip Top.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr N J Medrano of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 230370605 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
