Matthew Puckett Injured in a Crash on June 12, 2023 in Taney County, Missouri

VEHICLE 1 CROSSED OVER ONTO MO 176 AND STRUCK VEHICLE 2. BOTH VEHICLES TRAVELLED DOWN AN EMBANKMENT AND CAME TO REST DRIVER 2 WAS PRONOUNCED AT 1604 HOURS AT COX BRANSON BY DR. JACOB BAALMAN.

Injuries

Puckett's injuries were serious. Puckett was taken by EMS to Cox South.

The police said the damage to the 2013 Ford F150 driven by Rogers was total. It was removed by Towed By Jim'S Towing. The damage to the 2012 Nissan Rouge driven by Puckett was total. It was removed by Towed By Jim'S Wrecker.

Tpr K L Elledge Assisted By Cpl K R Waters of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 230310165 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
