THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 1 STRUCK THE FRONT LEFT OF VEHICLE 2. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO FINAL REST IN LANE ONE OF US 67 SOUTH. VEHICLE 2 CROSSED THE MEDIAN AND CAME TO FINAL REST ON US 67 NORTH IN LANE ONE.

Injuries

Seaton's injuries were moderate. Seaton was taken by St. Francois County Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2014 Dodge Dart driven by Becker was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Marler'S Towing. The damage to the 2015 Nissan Altima driven by Seaton was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Marler'S Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr C J Walker of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 230288181 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
