Jackie Cole Injured in a Crash on December 13, 2022 in Franklin County, Missouri

Jackie J Cole of Rolla, MO was injured on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at 3:55PM in Franklin County, Missouri. Cole is a 36-year-old woman.

BOTH VEHICLES WERE TRAVELING EB I-44. VEHICLE #1 WAS IN THE LEFT LANE WHILE VEHICLE #2 WAS IN THE RIGHT LANE. DRIVER #1 LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE #1, TRAVELED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD AND STRUCK THE CONCRETE WALL. VEHICLE #1 RETURNED TO THE ROAD AND STRUCK VEHICLE 2. BOTH VEHICLES TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD AND STRUCK THE GUARDRAIL.

Injuries

Cole's injuries were minor. Cole was taken by Union Ambulance to Mercy Washington Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2015 Kia Optima driven by Kiger was extensive. It was removed by Sturms Towing. The damage to the 2021 Nissan Armada driven by Cole was extensive. It was removed by Patriots Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Cpl M A White of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220653891 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
