William Tolbert Injured in a Crash on November 15, 2022 in St. Charles County, Missouri

William F Tolbert of Bowling Green, MO was injured on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 4:35PM in St. Charles County, Missouri. Tolbert is a 22-year-old man.

ALL VEHICLES WERE TRAVELLING WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 70. VEHICLES 1 AND 2 WERE TRAVELING IN LANE THREE AND VEHICLE 3 WAS TRAVELING IN LANE ONE. DRIVER 2 SLOWED FOR CONGESTED TRAFFIC. DRIVER 1 WAS UNABLE TO SLOW IN TIME AND THE FRONT LEFT OF VEHICLE 1 STRUCK THE REAR RIGHT OF VEHICLE 2 CAUSING VEHICLE 2 TO LOSE CONTROL AND OVERTURN. VEHICLE 2 TRAVELED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK THE MEDIAN BARRIER. WHILE VEHICLE 2 WAS OVERTURNING IT STRUCK THE RIGHT SIDE OF VEHICLE 3. ASSISTED BY MSGT. T. R. JENKINS (460) AND O'FALLON PD OFFICERS.

Injuries

Tolbert's injuries were minor. Tolbert was taken by St. Charles County Ambulance to Ssm Health St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2001 Ford Ranger driven by Anyan was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City Towing. The damage to the 1995 Ford Ranger driven by Tolbert was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City Towing. The damage to the 2019 Dodge Charger driven by Conley was moderate. It was removed by Driven From The Scene.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr Z T Micks of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220603376 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
