FORCE (316) AND ANDREW COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.
Injuries
Burnett's injuries were serious. Burnett was taken by Buchanan County Ambulance to Mosaic Life Care In St. Joseph.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2004 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Burnett was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Blue Knight Towing Of St. Joseph. The damage to the 1981 Peterbilt Tractor Trailer driven by Gray was minor. It was removed by Driven From The Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr Mw Neely of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220602419 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
