Tameria Spearman Injured in a Crash on October 31, 2022 in St. Louis County, Missouri

Injuries

Spearman's injuries were minor. Spearman was taken by St Charles County Ambulance to Barnes-Jewish Hospital St Peters.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2011 Acura Mdx driven by was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City. The damage to the 2017 Dodge Durango driven by Dillick was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City. The damage to the 2013 Nissan Frontier driven by Spearman was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr L C Coleman of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220576026 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
