Norvil B Lakey of Birch Tree, MO was killed on Monday, October 24, 2022 at 2:20PM in Wright County, Missouri. Lakey is a 84-year-old man.

Injuries
Lakey's injuries were fatal. Lakey was taken by Coroner to Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home In Mountain Grove, Mo.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2019 Ford F350 driven by Sole parnosky was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Elliot'S Towing In Macomb, Mo. The damage to the 1990 Ford F250 driven by Lakey was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Elliot'S Towing In Macomb, Mo.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Cpl T L Brown of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220564556 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
