Cole's injuries were fatal. Cole was taken to Chappell Funeral Home To Newton County Coroner'S Office.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2022 Kawasaki Z650 driven by Cole was moderate. It was removed by Ron'S Towing, Neosho,Mo. The damage to the 2015 Toyota Camry driven by Casteel was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
