Tammy Moss Injured in a Crash on August 11, 2022 in Pike County, Missouri

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 1992 Pontiac Firebird driven by Shewmake was moderate. It was removed by Towed By A Private Tow. The damage to the 2015 Buick Lacrosse driven by Miller was moderate. It was removed by River City Towing.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
