The police said the damage to the 2014 Ford Mustang driven by Parman was total. It was removed by Towed By Ron'S Towing Of Neosho, Mo. The damage to the 2006 Nissan Sentra driven by Eads was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Ron'S Towing Of Neosho, Mo.

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court).
