Bhyshan Madan Injured in a Crash on August 11, 2022 in Lafayette County, Missouri

Bhyshan Madan of Overland Park, KS was injured on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 4:15PM in Lafayette County, Missouri. Madan is a 46-year-old man.

CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE #1 TRAVELED ACROSS THE CENTER OF THE ROAD AND STRUCK A PEDESTRIAN WHO WAS RUNNING EAST. VEHICLE CONTINUED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD BEFORE RETURNING TO THE ROADWAY, CROSSING THE CENTER LINE AND COMING TO A CONTROLLED STOP.

Tpr A J Foss of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220427506 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
