VEHICLE #1 BEGAN TO SKID AND THE FRONT OF VEHICLE #1 STRUCK THE REAR OF VEHICLE 2. AFTER IMPACT, VEHICLE 1 OVERTURNED ONTO ITS LEFT SIDE. VEHICLE 2 WAS PUSHED FORWARD AND THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 2 STRUCK THE REAR OF VEHICLE 3. VEHICLE 2 CONTINUED TRAVELING EAST AS IT ROTATED CLOCKWISE INTO LANE 3. THE REAR OF VEHICLE 3 STRUCK THE TOWED UNIT OF VEHICLE 4. CORRECTED REPORT
Injuries
Thomas's injuries were minor. Thomas was taken by St Charles County Ambulance District to Ssm Health Depaul Hospital.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2016 Lexus Es 350 driven by Thomas was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By A-1 Towing. The damage to the 2020 Ram Promaster driven by Dains was moderate. It was removed by Towed To/By A-1 Towing. The damage to the 2022 Freightliner Corp driven by Sansevere was minor. It was removed by Driven From The Scene. The damage to the 2016 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Tegeler was none. It was removed by Driven From The Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr D O Johnson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220372355 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
