Morris's injuries were fatal. Morris was taken by Coroner to Robertson Drago Funeral Home.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2017 General Electric Es44Ca Locomotive Owned By Bnsf Railways driven by Davis was none. It was removed by Driven From Scene.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Msgt S N Foster of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220356068 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
