Shelly Stam Injured in a Crash on April 14, 2022 in Phelps County, Missouri

Shelly A Stam of Waynesville, MO was injured on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 2:56PM in Phelps County, Missouri. Stam is a 50-year-old woman.

THE CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 TRAVELLED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK THE DITCH. BOTH OCCUPANTS WERE EJECTED.

Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
