DRIVER 1 PRONOUNCED ON SCENE BY JOHNSON COUNTY CORONER, CLARK HOLDREN, AT 1956 HOURS. ASSISTED BY TPR D J HARMS /421/ AND JOHNSON COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.

Injuries

Davis's injuries were minor. Davis was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2014 Ford F-250 driven by Davis was total. It was removed by Towed By Ron'S Tow. The damage to the 2005 Hyundai Elantra driven by Miller was total. It was removed by Towed By Ron'S Tow.

Cpl W T Smith and McIu Team Cpl R V McCormick of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220194540 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
