Injuries
Holtz's injuries were minor. Holtz was taken by St. Charles County Ambulance District to Ssm St. Joseph Hospital - Lake St. Louis.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2009 Chevrolet Impala driven by Hall was total. It was removed by Towed To/By A-One Towing. The damage to the 2019 Peterbilt 579 driven by Holtz was moderate. It was removed by Towed To/By A-One Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Cpl K L Hammerling of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220194946 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
