Jaleel Lee Injured in a Crash on April 13, 2022 in Jefferson County, Missouri

Jaleel D Lee of Dardenne Prairie, MO was injured on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 3:25PM in Jefferson County, Missouri. Lee is a 28-year-old man.

VEHICLE ONE WAS TRAVELING IN THE RIGHT LANE OF NORTHBOUND MISSOURI 141. VEHICLE TWO WAS STOPPED ON SPRINGDALE LANE, FACING WESTBOUND. DRIVER ONE LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE ONE AND VEHICLE ONE'S FRONT STRUCK THE DRIVER'S SIDE OF VEHICLE TWO. VEHICLE ONE CONTINUED AND THE FRONT OF VEHICLE ONE STRUCK THE CONCRETE TRAFFIC SIGNAL BASE. ASSISTED BY CPL. T. ELLISTON (763) AND CPL. R. METTEER (975).

Injuries

Lee's injuries were serious. Lee was taken by Rock Township Ambulance to Mercy Hospital South.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2014 Hyundai Veloster driven by Lee was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Leo'S Towing. The damage to the 2018 Jeep Renegade driven by Kuhnert was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Leo'S Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr D Norton of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220184324 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
