Derek Waddell of Paragould, AR was killed on Monday, April 18, 2022 at 8:55AM in Pemiscot County, Missouri. Waddell is a 31-year-old man.

The police said the damage to the 2013 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Lemons was total. It was removed by Towed By Sullivan'S Towing. The damage to the 2015 Nissan Sentra driven by Waddell was total. It was removed by Towed By Sullivan'S Towing.

Cpl T P Watson Assisted By Tpr D L Brawley and Crash Team Four Member Sgt D A Yingling of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220193288 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
