Luster's injuries were serious. Luster was taken by Air Evac to Cox South In Springfield.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2004 Honda Pilot driven by Luster was total. It was removed by Towed By/To Sartin'S Towing.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Msgt S M Dougherty of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220152645 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
