ACCIDENT OCCURED AS VEHICLE 1 TRAVELED SOUTHBOUND ON ROUTE C. VEHICLE 1 TRAVELED OFF OF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT, AND WENT AIRBORN OVER A CULVERT. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO REST ON IT'S WHEELS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY FACING SOUTHBOUND. ASSISTED BY TPR. J. D. FARMER (390), ANDREW COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, AND BUCHANAN COUNTY EMS.

Injuries

Adamczyk's injuries were serious. Adamczyk was taken by Buchanan County Ems to Mosaic Life Care.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer driven by Adamczyk was extensive. It was removed by Towed By Blue Knight.

Tpr M H Gach of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 220007679 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
