Bernice Rodriguez Killed in a Crash on January 13, 2022 in Clay County, Missouri

Bernice Rodriguez of Liberty, MO was killed on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 10:15PM in Clay County, Missouri. Rodriguez is a 38-year-old woman.

Rodriguez's injuries were fatal. Rodriguez was taken to Transported By Forensic Medical.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2014 Gmc Acadia driven by Tieu was moderate. It was removed by Towed By Integrity.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
