Jamie Warren Injured in a Crash on December 28, 2021 in St. Charles County, Missouri

Jamie L Warren of Moberly, MO was injured on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 8:05AM in St. Charles County, Missouri. Warren is a 40-year-old man.

It was removed by Towed To/By A1 Towing. The damage to the 2016 Mazda Cx5 driven by Warren was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By A1 Towing. The damage to the 2010 Ford Edge driven by Nash was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr C Schilling of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210673172 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
