Haffer's injuries were moderate. Haffer was taken by North Jefferson County Ambulance District to Mercy Hospital South.

The police said the damage to the 2018 Dodge Journey driven by Hogan was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By Northwest Towing. The damage to the 1994 Toyota Corolla driven by Haffer was extensive. It was removed by Towed To/By Northwest Towing.
