Injuries
Collins's injuries were fatal. Collins was taken by Deputy Coroner to Slater Funeral Home In Trenton.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2009 Harley Davidson driven by Collins was total. It was removed by Towed By Ewings.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr B N Raney of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210618619 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
