Hamkens's injuries were minor. Hamkens was taken by Buchanan County Ems to Mosaic St Joseph.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 2022 Ford Transit 250 driven by Kerns was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2021 Volvo Tractor driven by Hamkens was total. It was removed by Towed By All Star, St Jospeh.
How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
Tpr M A Gach of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210535249 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
