AFTER IMPACT, VEHICLE #1 ROTATED ONTO LANE #1. VEHICLE #1 CAME TO REST, FACING EAST, BLOCKING LANE #1. VEHICLE #2 WAS DRIVEN TO A CONTROLLED STOP. Injuries

Burkle's injuries were minor. Burkle was taken by St Charles County Ems to Ssm Health Lake St. Louis (St Joseph West) Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 2013 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Burkle was total. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City. The damage to the 2022 Kenworth T680 driven by Leyda was minor. It was removed by Towed To/By Crash City Towing.

Msgt T R Jenkins and Sgt J D Cox McIu of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210550225 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
