VEHICLE 1 WENT OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF ROADWAY AND STRUCK A SIGN. RETURNED TO ROADWAY AND BEGAN SKIDDING, THEN TRAVELED OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURNED.
