Ziogas's injuries were fatal. Ziogas was taken to Flown To Cox South Hospital In Springfield.
Vehicle Damage
The police said the damage to the 1999 Freightliner Tractor Trailer driven by Kessinger was minor. It was removed by Driven From Scene. The damage to the 2004 Ford F150 driven by Ziogas was total. It was removed by Towed By Hillbilly Towing Of Marionville.

Tpr K A McCallister of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210532094 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report.
