CRASH OCCURRED AS VEHICLE 1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE AN INTERSECTION. VEHICLE 1 CROSSED KATYDID ROAD, TRAVELLED OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT, THEN CAME TO REST OFF THE ROADWAY ON ITS WHEELS FACING WEST. ASSISTED BY CPL B.E. MAUDLIN (597) AND THE NODAWAY COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT.

Injuries

Brady's injuries were moderate. Brady was taken by Nodaway County Ambulance to Mosaic Maryville.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 1997 Chevrolet 1500 driven by was total. It was removed by Towed By Walker'S Towing.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report

Tpr T R Hecker of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210530313 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
