SUBJECT WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY TEXAS COUNTY CORONER MARIE LASATER AT 1424 HOURS. THIS IS TROOP G'S 26TH FATALITY TO DATE AS COMPARED TO 32 IN 2020.

McGrath's injuries were fatal. McGrath was taken to Taken To Evans Funeral Home In Houston, Mo.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the damage to the 1999 Ford Taurus driven by Franklin was total. It was removed by Jay'S Automotive Of Houston, Mo.

Cpl J R Sellars With Ad of the Missouri State Highway Patrol wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned report number 210532832 to this crash. The highway patrol charges $6.90 for each certified report (certification required for court). The highway patrol is currently backlogged and they state on their website that you will have to wait 10 days and may have to wait an "extended period of time" beyond that for the report. Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
